The Brehon Council and the National Executive Board of the Emerald Society of the Federal Law Enforcement Agencies, Inc, has granted a Charter to our new Newark New Jersey Chapter pursuant to the by-laws of ESFLEA, effective on the 1st Day of May, Two Thousand and Nine. This charter is granted to: President David Fallon, Vice President Thomas Sullivan, Secretary Danielle O’Niel, and Treasurer Paul Serson. We wish to welcome all of our new brothers and sisters.
